No-Rotor Rheometer

No-Rotor Rheometer is to measure the vulcanization characteristics of rubber compounds. It closed the two heated dies under a specified force to form a die cavity containing the test piece at an elevated temperature, alternatively oscillating or reciprocating one of the dies, this action produces a sinusoidal alternating torsional strain and a sinusoidal shear torque in test piece. Then measure and record the force or torque to produce the movement, in addition, this machine can also test the reaction torque on the stationary die opposite the moving die.
